You agree that MySmartFunding and the lenders in our network may provide you with notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications ("Records") electronically, including by email, text message, or by posting on a website, and that you may sign documents electronically.
You may request a paper copy of any Record we provide electronically by contacting us at the email address below. We may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.
You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to continue to process your application. It does not affect the validity of anything you have already agreed to electronically. A lender may have its own process for withdrawing consent for its Records.
To access and keep Records, you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and software that can open PDF files or save and print documents.
